Opt-Out Instructions

You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via a reply text. Once confirmed, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Rejoining Instructions

If you wish to rejoin after opting out, you can sign up again through our website or request a new consultation or service. By doing so, you authorize us to resume sending SMS messages to your mobile number.
